Prescriptions and compounded medications

We dispense prescription medications only on the order of a licensed prescriber, in line with South Carolina law and our licensure. Compounded medications are prepared for an individual patient to a prescriber's order. They are not FDA-approved products, and FDA does not review compounded preparations for safety, effectiveness, or manufacturing quality.

Submitting a form on this site is a request, not a prescription and not a guarantee that we can fill it. We may decline to fill or compound any prescription where doing so would be unlawful, unsafe, or outside our capability, and we will tell you when that happens.

Forms, messages, and your information

Forms on this site are hosted by third-party providers and are used to start a conversation with the pharmacy. Please keep sensitive medical detail out of web forms and email — call the pharmacy instead for anything involving your prescription record.

How we handle information collected through this site is described in our Privacy Policy. Protected health information held by the pharmacy is handled under our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices.

Online store, pricing, and shipping

Over-the-counter products sold through our online store are subject to availability. We make every effort to keep prices, descriptions, and stock accurate, but errors happen; if an item is listed incorrectly we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Medications, temperature-sensitive items, and opened products generally cannot be returned. Contact us and we will work through any problem with an order.

Acceptable use

Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, access accounts or data that are not yours, scrape the site, or use it for any unlawful purpose. Site content, photography, and branding belong to Greenhill Specialty Pharmacy and may not be reproduced without permission.

This site links to services we do not control, including our refill portal, intake forms, and store platform. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices, and we are not responsible for their content or availability.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in South Carolina.
