Monday to Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm, Saturday 9:00am to 1:00pm. If a prescription needs your prescriber's authorization, we'll start that call for you.

We check the prescription
We confirm refills remain and that nothing has changed. If it needs your prescriber's authorization, we contact their office that day and follow up until we hear back.
We fill or compound it
Stock medications are usually ready the same day. Compounded prescriptions are made to order and take 48 to 72 hours, depending on the compound. We'll tell you which yours is when you request it.
You choose how to get it
Pick it up inside, call from the parking lot for curbside, or have it delivered. Local delivery is free.
A few situations worth knowing
No refills left
We'll contact your prescriber's office for authorization and keep following up. If it's time-sensitive, call us so we can flag it.
Controlled medications
These can't be transferred or refilled the same way as other prescriptions, and some require a new written prescription each time. Call the pharmacy and we'll tell you exactly what's needed.
Coming from another pharmacy
Don't call them, use our transfer form and we'll make that call for you.
Compounded prescriptions
Made to order for you, so request your refill before you run out. Most are ready in 48 to 72 hours, depending on the compound.
