A compounding partner you can actually verify.
When you prescribe a compounded medication, you should know where the active ingredients came from, how the preparation was made, how quality is verified, and who to call when you have a question.

Know what stands behind every preparation.
When you prescribe a compounded medication, you should know where the active ingredients came from, how the preparation was made, how quality is verified, and who to call when you have a question.
Greenhill Pharmacy makes those answers available, from ingredient documentation through finished-preparation testing and direct pharmacist access. You should be able to verify the process behind the prescription.
We would rather earn trust with evidence than ask you to rely on a claim.
What we compound
Greenhill Pharmacy is a non-sterile 503A compounding pharmacy. We prepare patient-specific formulations to your prescription — custom strengths, alternate dosage forms, and preparations without a dye, filler, or preservative your patient can't tolerate. Every preparation is made for one named patient, from your order.
Hormone therapy
Bioidentical hormone preparations — estradiol, estriol, progesterone, testosterone. Creams, troches, capsules, suppositories.
Men's health
Compounded testosterone, oral and topical ED preparations, enclomiphene.

Veterinary
Flavored suspensions, transdermals, and capsules for cats and dogs through to the occasional reptile.
Dermatology & topicals
Combination topicals, scar and pigmentation preparations, nail preparations.
Thyroid & metabolic

What we don't do — so you're not guessing
We prepare patient-specific nonsterile medications following applicable USP guidelines and South Carolina pharmacy requirements.
Two things that follow from it:
- Compounded GLP-1 injectables: we don't make them. If you have a patient asking, we can talk about non-sterile metabolic options instead.
- Trimix and certain other sterile medications: we specialize in patient-specific nonsterile compounding and do not compound sterile preparations in-house. For certain sterile medications, including Trimix, we work with an appropriate FDA-registered 503B outsourcing facility.
If you need something outside what we do, we'd rather say so on the first call than three days into a patient's therapy.

Tell us what you prescribe most
One message is enough. Your practice, your specialty, and the two or three preparations you find hardest to get filled well.
Talk it through with a pharmacist
Not a rep, not a portal. We'll go over strengths, bases, vehicles, and what we'd suggest for the patients you're describing — and tell you if something's outside what we do.
Send your first prescription
E-prescribe to Greenhill Pharmacy, Simpsonville SC, or fax it to 864-520-1505. Same information you'd send anywhere else.
We keep you in the loop
We'll let you know when it's ready, flag anything we'd want your input on, and follow up if a patient calls us with a question that belongs with you.
No contract, no minimum, no exclusivity. Send one prescription and see how it goes.
We work with you — never around you
We support the prescriber's treatment plan rather than compete with it. Every compounded medication begins with a prescription, and clinical decisions remain with the patient and prescriber. Our role is to prepare the medication accurately, answer questions about the preparation, and keep communication open.
